Donation Quilt
Electric Star
I started this for Kevin when he was 16 and into guitars. He saw the top and said "I didn't want all that color, I just wanted two pieces of fabric with the fluffy stuff in the middle." I bought some flannel sheets and quilted the batting in it for Kevin. He was happy. I quilted this myself with stars and clouds . I used variegated thread to add color to the back. I think with as bright as the top is the back needs some color. I donated it to our Stake Humanitarian Project which made quilts for children going through chemotherapy. We ended up with over 700 quilts. It was a beautiful project!
